Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags and security ribbons attached. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the garment in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and the security ribbon remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or credit has been processed.
